starleasy, LLC Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is executed on this [Effective Date], by and between "starleasy, LLC," a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, duly registered and operating within the state of Illinois, herein referred to as the "Lessor," and [Customer's Full Name], a duly authorized individual or entity, herein referred to as the "Lessee."
1. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement governs the rental of Starlink satellite internet equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment") by the Lessor to the Lessee. The Equipment facilitates the provision of satellite-based internet services, offered independently by Starlink, the third-party service provider. It is hereby emphasized that the Lessor exclusively leases the Equipment and does not extend any guarantees or warranties concerning the availability, quality, or performance of the internet service itself, which remains the sole responsibility of Starlink.
2. Rental Period, Dates, and Cost
The Lessee shall have the discretion to select the rental period, which shall be effective from the [Start Date] and conclude on the [End Date]. The applicable rental costs for the chosen period are as follows:

3. Payment and Deposit
In consideration of the Equipment rental, the Lessee shall remit the rental fee in advance through the designated channels on Lessor's official website or in person. Additionally, a refundable deposit amounting to $200.00 shall be charged, serving as security against potential loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment during the rental period. This deposit shall be reimbursed to the Lessee upon satisfactory inspection and return of the Equipment, accounting for ordinary wear and tear.
4. Card on File
For the purpose of effectuating rental fee payments and to cover any additional charges arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as loss, theft, damage, or other liabilities pertaining to the Equipment, the Lessee shall furnish a valid and active major credit card to be kept on file by the Lessor.
5. Identification and Verification
In order to comply with requisite identification procedures, the Lessee shall provide a copy of their government-issued identification and the pertinent major credit card details, either in person or through secure electronic channels. The Lessor reserves the right to engage third-party verification services for validation purposes as deemed necessary.
6. Data Storage and Privacy
All personal data and sensitive information furnished by the Lessee shall be subject to secure storage practices, adhering to applicable data privacy regulations. The Lessor shall strictly employ such information for the sole purpose of this rental transaction and undertake to promptly and securely dispose of electronic or physical data upon successful culmination of the rental period.
7. Liability and Responsibility
Throughout the rental period, the Lessee assumes full responsibility for the Equipment and shall exercise due diligence in its appropriate use. Any damage to the Equipment, beyond that arising from ordinary wear and tear, as well as instances of loss or theft, during the rental period shall be the sole liability of the Lessee.
8. Indemnification
The Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Lessor from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the Lessee's possession, use, or handling of the Equipment during the rental period.
9. Termination
Either party may effectuate the termination of this Agreement at any juncture upon the provision of written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Lessee shall, without delay, return the Equipment to the Lessor's designated location, undertaking all expenses associated with the Equipment's safe return.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
