2. What services does "starleasy, LLC" provide?
We provide rental services for Starlink satellite internet equipment, allowing customers to access high-speed internet services through the Starlink network, provided by Starlink, a third-party service provider. Please note that we do not offer the internet service itself, only the rental of the equipment.
3. How does the rental process work?
The rental process is simple. You can choose your preferred rental period (per week or per month) and pay the rental fee up front through our website or in person. Additionally, a refundable deposit will be charged to secure against any potential loss, theft, or damage to the equipment.
4. What are the rental costs?
The rental costs are as follows:
- Per Week: $150.00
- Per Month: $550.00
5. Can I trust the security of my personal data?
Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide will be securely stored and solely used for the rental transaction. We will promptly and securely dispose of any data after the rental period is successfully completed.
6. How can I pay for the rental and deposit?
You can pay for the rental and deposit through our secure online payment system using major credit cards.
7. What if the equipment gets damaged or lost during the rental period?
The Lessee is responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be the Lessee's liability. The deposit will be used to cover such occurrences.
8. Can I terminate the rental agreement early?
The service is pre-paid. If you'd like to terminate the rental agreement, you may do so at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must return the equipment promptly to our designated location at your expense. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund any payments.
10. What happens if there are technical issues with the equipment or internet service?
Any technical issues related to the equipment or internet service should be addressed directly with Starlink, as they provide and manage the internet service. We are solely responsible for the rental and condition of the equipment.
